Fitted this over the awkward sloped wall by our stairs and it finally gave the gate a flat surface to mount against. The universal fit meant I didn't have to measure anything twice. Took maybe twenty minutes to get it level and solid.

We have sloping skirting in our hallway and no gate would sit flat until we got this kit. It fits right over the skirting and gives a solid vertical surface, and the dark grey blends in better than I expected. Installation was straightforward with the universal fitting.
